🚀 Solutions Architect – Insurance – Contract (Sydney)

👾 Leading general insurance provider!

🤖 $1100 to $1400 + super per day

📍 Sydney CBD or Paramatta (hybrid 2/3 days remote)

📅 ASAP start | 6 month initial contract with strong extension potential

🟢 Essential: Proven and recent project delivery experience within the insurance industry. Candidates without insurance domain experience will not be considered.

Working with a leading enterprise in the insurance space, this is a high-impact Solution Architect role sitting across large-scale transformation and delivery programmes.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

* Translating business requirements into scalable, enterprise-aligned solution designs

* Driving architecture governance, assurance, and best practice

* Leading end-to-end solution design across complex project lifecycles

* Collaborating with stakeholders and third-party vendors to shape optimal outcomes

* Ensuring alignment with architecture standards, roadmaps, and IT strategy

* Identifying risk, complexity, and opportunities for emerging technology adoption

🧠 What we’re looking for:

* Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead

* Strong background across large-scale programme delivery

* Solid understanding of infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, end-user tech)

* Experience with cloud platforms and modern architecture patterns

* Ability to influence, challenge, and negotiate with senior stakeholders

* Comfortable working in Agile / fast-paced delivery environments

⭐ Nice to have:

* Experience in the insurance domain

* Exposure to outsourced / third-party delivery models
