Senior Enterprise Account Manager

Salt is looking for Senior Enterprise Account Manager for a 12-month extendable contract role. This is a high-impact, short-term role focused on pipeline acceleration, market activation, and strategic account engagement. The successful candidate will bring an established network in Malaysia, deep enterprise sales expertise, and the ability to generate immediate pipeline impact while strengthening partner and renewal motion in market.

What Will You Do:

• Identify and create new enterprise opportunities across priority industries
• Leverage existing Malaysia enterprise relationships to create immediate impact
• Engage C-level and senior stakeholders across marketing, digital, data, and IT
• Drive value-based selling aligned to business transformation priorities
• Strengthen long-term partner positioning in Malaysia
• Support partner-led opportunities with executive engagement
• Collaborate closely with the SAM team driving key renewals
• Utilize personal market connections to support retention and expansion efforts
• Maintain strong CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
• Align with regional sales leadership on coverage and prioritization

What Will You need:

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Sales Account Executive / Enterprise Sales Account Manager in Malaysia
• Strong existing network of enterprise decision-makers in MY
• Demonstrated ability to generate and progress significant enterprise pipeline
• Track record of new logo acquisition and complex deal cycles
• Experience working with channel and strategic partners
• Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills
• Ability to operate independently and drive immediate impact
