Sr. Sales Specialist

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Sales Specialist (B2C) for a 12 months extendable contract role.

As a Sales Specialist you will drive the Career Transition Programs designed and conducted by or client to empower individuals to upskill and transform their careers be the driving force behind turning interested leads into committed learners.

Also, will engage, guide, and support potential students through their decision-making journey-ensuring a seamless, positive experience from first contact to enrolment.

Your Impact

• Drive conversions – Connect with inbound and existing learner leads via WhatsApp, calls, physical and online events to turn interest into action.
• Own the enrolment journey – Guide learners through eligibility checks, payments, and onboarding.
• Support outreach initiatives – Support marketing efforts through EDMs, events, and partnerships.
• Build relationships – Deliver exceptional learner experiences that fosters trust and long-term engagement.

About You

• 3+ years of experience as a B2C specialist
• Someone who believes in the power of upskilling and love helping others grow the careers.
• You have a growth mindset and are proactive in suggesting and taking ownership of new initiatives.
• You are a natural communicator – engaging, persuasive, and empathetic.
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• You thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
