Role & Responsibilities – Staff Engineer

Design, build, and maintain backend systems using Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS.
Contribute to system architecture, scalability, and performance improvements.
Review technical solutions and help define engineering best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact product features.
Use AI-enabled tools to support development tasks.

Qualifications

7+ years of backend development experience.
Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, REST/GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience with AWS services and scalable system design.
Familiarity with modernizing or re-architecting legacy systems.
Strong communicator and collaborator, able to connect technical work to business goals.
