Salt is hiring a ‘Strategic Partnerships Development Manager’ to lead the development and management of partnerships by sourcing opportunities, negotiating deals, and executing agreements end-to-end. Builds strong relationships with partners and internal teams, drives partner strategy and growth, and tracks performance through metrics and forecasting.
This is a 6-month contract opportunity based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end partner/supplier experience to ensure deal integration which includes negotiating and finalizing contracts, executing on account plans, pitching to partners/suppliers, resolving partner issues and advocating on behalf of partner/supplier.
- Drive partner strategy, including new partner/supplier and opportunity prospecting. Conduct partner/industry research and collaborate on product strategy.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders/teams to drive the best partner/supplier experience and ensure product excellence.
- Drive managing partner engagement and relationship by tracking business metrics and insights, building business forecasts, and ensuring strong brand/reputation management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- Proven ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams
