Overview
We are looking for an experienced Strategy and Transformation Manager to support a major UK organisation in delivering strategic initiatives and large scale transformation activity. This role sits close to executive leadership and will help shape and execute business strategy while ensuring transformation programmes deliver measurable outcomes.
You will work across multiple business functions to drive organisational improvement, support leadership decision making and ensure the successful execution of strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic transformation initiatives across the organisation ensuring alignment with business goals.
Work closely with executive leadership to translate strategic objectives into deliverable programmes and projects.
Drive cross functional collaboration across business units to improve performance and operational efficiency.
Support the planning and delivery of executive strategy forums, leadership meetings and strategic workshops.
Identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement within transformation programmes.
Lead integration activity linked to acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives.
Develop performance dashboards and reporting to track delivery of strategic objectives.
Analyse market trends, business data and performance metrics to support decision making.
Provide insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support organisational change and growth.
Experience Required
Strong experience delivering business transformation or strategic change programmes.
Background working closely with senior leadership teams or executive stakeholders.
Experience leading complex cross functional initiatives.
Experience supporting or delivering M&A integration activity is highly desirable.
Strong analytical capability including financial or performance analysis.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Ability to operate in a fast paced environment managing multiple priorities.
Energy, utilities or infrastructure sector experience would be advantageous.
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Strategy, Management or similar field.
Typically 5 to 10 years experience within strategy, transformation or consulting environments.
Proven track record of delivering organisational change and transformation initiatives.
