We’re partnering with a well established global organisation to appoint an experienced Studio Manager to support the delivery of creative and content projects across a busy and fast-paced environment.

This is a newly created content studio and you will be supported by a team of Designers and Copywriters.

This role sits at the centre of a collaborative creative team, ensuring projects move smoothly from brief through to delivery. You’ll be responsible for managing workflow, coordinating resources, supporting stakeholders and helping create an environment where teams can do their best work.

The Opportunity

As Studio Manager, you’ll oversee the planning and delivery of a broad range of creative and content projects across multiple channels, mainly social and digital.

Working closely with creative, marketing and business stakeholders, you’ll help ensure priorities are aligned, resources are effectively utilised and projects are delivered successfully.

This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a supportive and collaborative team while contributing to the ongoing development of studio operations and delivery processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of creative and content projects across digital, social and OOH
  • Coordinate workflow, resource allocation and project scheduling across the team
  • Partner with stakeholders to manage project priorities, timelines and expectations
  • Translate briefs into clear project plans and delivery schedules
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Identify and resolve workflow challenges to keep projects moving efficiently
  • Support collaboration across creative, content and marketing teams
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational best practices
  • Support the effective use of project management and collaboration tools

About You

You’ll likely come from a creative agency, production studio, marketing team or in-house creative environment where you’ve successfully managed multiple projects and stakeholder groups.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Previous experience in Studio Management, Traffic Management, Creative Operations, Project Management or a similar role
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging AI and Generative AI technologies
  • Experience working across social media, eCommerce and digital content ecosystems
  • Familiarity with project management and creative collaboration platforms

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to AI enabled creative workflows and content production tools
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Canva, Jasper, Leonardo AI, ChatGPT or similar
