  • Act as a key liaison between brand, marketing, creative, compliance and external agency stakeholders
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the in-house content studio, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to brief
  • Coordinate publishing workflows and support social and community management operations across key channels
  • Monitor workflow efficiencies and identify opportunities to improve studio processes and ways of working
  • Assist with reporting, analytics and performance tracking across content and campaign activity
  • Support the integration and adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflow optimisation initiatives within the studio environment
  • Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates across teams

What you bring

  • 3-5+ year’s experience within studio management, creative operations, project management, content production or marketing operations
  • Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects within collaborative environments
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage competing priorities
  • Highly organised with strong workflow, scheduling and operational management capability
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with content management, publishing or workflow management platforms

Desirable

  • Experience within healthcare, FMCG, retail or creative and ad agency
  • Exposure to social media operations and community management workflows
  • Understanding of AI-enabled content production or digital workflow optimisation tools
  • Experience using platforms such as Hootsuite, project management or creative workflow systems

Who you are

  • A highly organised operator who thrives in fast-moving environments
  • Calm under pressure and confident managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • A collaborative communicator who enjoys bringing teams together to deliver outcomes
  • Curious about emerging technology, AI tools and operational innovation within content production

Why apply?

  • Join a globally recognised healthcare organisation investing in modern content and creative capabilities
  • Play a key role in shaping and supporting a growing in-house studio environment
