Contract Supply Chain BA

• 3 month (possible extension)
• Up to $100 – $110 per hour +GST (day rate)
• Immediate Start in Newmarket location

Overview

My client is looking for an exceptional Supply Chain BA on a contract basis to maintain programme delivery momentum. They currently have some key work they are undertaking as they move from their existing ERP to a new system.

The Role

• Leading and facilitating business workshops across key functions.
• Documenting current‑state processes and designing future‑state process flows.
• Working closely with Finance, HR, Administration, Supply Chain, and other business teams.
• Working day‑to‑day with the Programme Manager on programme activities and outcomes.
• Collaborating with external vendors and system integrators.

Note: This is a business‑focused BA role (not a technical BA role).

Your Experience

• Proven experience working on ERP programmes or implementations.
• Demonstrated experience planning and facilitating business workshops.
• Strong skills in process mapping and relevant tooling (e.g., Lucidchart).
• Experience in Supply Chain and Asset Management process environments.
• Hands-on experience coordinating with external vendors and system integrators.
• Strong business and functional requirements gathering capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work onsite 4-5 days per week (highly preferred).
