Salt is partnering with a well-established, highly regarded professional services brand to find a Talent Acquisition Business Partner & HR professional who wants more than just filling roles this is about shaping the future of talent.

If you someone who builds pipelines before the brief lands, challenges hiring managers, and genuinely influences business outcomes keep reading.

This is a true business partnering role, reporting into a progressive Head of People & Culture. You will sit close to the business, own your space, and play a key role in how this organisation attracts, engages, and hires top talent across Australia.

Responsibilities but not limited to: –

  • Partner with senior leaders to align hiring strategy with business growth
  • Get ahead of the curve build talent pipelines before roles go live
  • Lead market mapping, competitor analysis, and proactive sourcing strategies
  • Own end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio
  • Drive graduate hiring initiatives and bring the EVP to life
  • Build and nurture talent communities for future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with Marketing to elevate employer brand and candidate experience
  • Continuously improving recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Take up other projects outside of the BAU

Selection Criteria

  • 5+ years in internal TA / HR professional
  • A proven ability to find and secure top-tier (“A-grade”) talent
  • Strong stakeholder management you influence, not just take briefs
  • A proactive, hunter mindset with confidence in direct sourcing
  • Commercial awareness and a genuine curiosity about market trends
  • Experience with modern sourcing tools and recruitment tech
  • HR qualification (nice to have, not essential)
  • A growth mindset with interest in broader HR projects
