About the Role

This opportunity allows you to contribute to a sector-wide transformation by owning end‑to‑end process mapping that directly influences how organisations deliver services to customers. You’ll sit at the centre of a high‑priority initiative, translating complexity into clarity while helping define the next phase of change across the ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Mapping end‑to‑end processes across multiple scenarios, creating clear cross‑functional/swimlane diagrams
• Facilitating workshops and conversations with stakeholders and subject matter experts,
• Identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Producing structured, high‑quality documentation and artefacts

About You

You’ll enjoy and have extensive experience in process mapping, with a natural ability to turn complexity into clarity. You’re confident using tools such as Visio and Lucidchart to create clean, meaningful artefacts, and you thrive on engaging with stakeholders to bring processes to life and drive better outcomes.

What You’ll Need to Bring

• Strong process mapping expertise, enabling you to translate complex workflows into clear, structured outputs that others can act on.
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as Visio or Lucidchart, allowing you to efficiently produce high‑quality diagrams and documentation.
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills, helping you build trust, ask insightful questions, and extract valuable information.
• A strong understanding of order‑to‑delivery and order management processes, enabling you to contribute meaningfully in a complex service environment.
