Digital Technical Lead – We are working with one of the best 25 big companies to work for (awarded by the Sunday Times!) looking to undergo a complete digital transformation and here’s your chance to get stuck in! What will you do as a Digital Technical Lead?
As a Technical Lead, you will be vital to the whole transformation project; your vision will contribute to shaping the online technology used and influence future technical direction of the company. You will join a brand-new team that has clearly defined goals, users eagerly awaiting your product, and therefore will take pride in the robust code you deliver your team. This is also an exciting opportunity for a Lead to join our rapidly expanding agile teams and help us to grow them too!
What are we looking for?
- Great technical knowledge – experience working in (but not limited to!) React, TypeScript, Node.js, AWS
- Comfortable making design and architectural decisions – taking ownership of problems and providing solutions
- You value testing – the test first approach is something we live by
- Experience leading agile dynamic teams
- Confident in CI/CD and rapid deployment
