About the Role:

Are you an experienced QA Engineer with a passion for ensuring the highest standards in software quality? We are looking for a Mid-Level QA Engineer to join a leading financial services firm, contributing to the delivery of robust, secure, and high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of wealth management applications.
  • Automation Focus: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using the latest tools and frameworks.
  • Manual Testing: Conduct manual testing where necessary to validate critical functionality and identify potential issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.
  • Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall product quality.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all testing meets regulatory requirements and security standards relevant to the financial sector.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in QA, preferably within the financial or wealth management sector.
  • Automation Proficiency: Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
  • Manual Testing: Solid understanding of manual testing practices, with a focus on UI/UX and functional testing.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex issues clearly.
