Job Title: Mid-Level QA Engineer – Wealth Management Sector

Location: London (Hybrid: 2 Days Onsite, 3 Days Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of wealth management applications.
• Automation Focus: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using the latest tools and frameworks.
• Manual Testing: Conduct manual testing where necessary to validate critical functionality and identify potential issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.
• Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall product quality.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure all testing meets regulatory requirements and security standards relevant to the financial sector.
• Reporting: Provide clear and concise test reports, highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in QA, preferably within the financial or wealth management sector.
• Automation Proficiency: Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Manual Testing: Solid understanding of manual testing practices, with a focus on UI/UX and functional testing.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex issues clearly.
• Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of Finance: Understanding of wealth management processes and regulations is a plus.
