About the Role
- 3 Month Temporary Assignment starting ASAP
- Office in East Tamaki
- 8am to 4pm, office based role
- $30-$31 per hour + 8% holiday pay (depending on experience)
As a Facilities Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our workplace, ensuring facilities services run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a highly organised individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent administrative support to the Facilities team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage the Facilities inbox and coordinate service requests through the helpdesk system.
- Allocate and track maintenance and facilities jobs, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Process purchase orders and follow up with suppliers and stakeholders as required.
- Support employee access card requests, internal communications, and intranet content updates.
- Assist with reporting and provide general administrative support across facilities operations.
About You:
You are a proactive and customer-focused administrator who enjoys building relationships and delivering great service. With a strong eye for detail and a willingness to learn, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident using technology to solve problems and support operational excellence.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in and administration role and experience using SAP
- Strong administration, organisational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems and technology
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to think innovatively.
