Territory Manager – Hawkes Bay & Taupō

About the Role
You’ll work with a diverse customer base, from large commercial businesses and owner-operators through to plumbers at the trade counter.
Success in this role comes from building trust, planning effectively and maintaining a disciplined sales rhythm.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers
- Developing new business opportunities across the region
- Maintaining a structured call cycle and territory plan
- Using sales data and insights to identify growth opportunities
- Building strong relationships with customers, shareholders and branch teams
- Exceptional planning, organisation and time-management skills
- Achieving territory sales and growth targets
About You:
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Territory Manager to take ownership of an existing Hawkes Bay territory. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially savvy Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Territory Manager who enjoys balancing relationship management with new business growth and is looking for a long-term career pathway.
You will need to demonstrate your ability to plan and structure your week ahead, and give some great examples where you have grown existing customer accounts and had influence in winning new business in a competitive environment.
We’re less concerned about industry experience and more interested in your sales capability, commercial mindset and ability to build lasting relationships.
