This role plays a critical part in ensuring our internal-facing digital products are delivered with the same level of craft, consistency, and quality expected from world-class consumer experiences.
Description
As a UX Design Producer, you’ll provide both strategic guidance and hands-on operational support for a high-performing design team. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle – from concept through engineering delivery – and help the team stay focused, aligned, and efficient as they bring complex digital experiences to life.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You bring clarity to ambiguity, connect dots across teams, and are passionate about enabling human-centered design at scale.
Key Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept to delivery.
- Skilled at bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving problem spaces.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design intent and project updates to a range of audiences.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Track record of contributing to high-quality digital product launches in design-led organizations.
Responsibilities
- Drive and oversee the design project lifecycle, ensuring work is prioritized, planned, and executed seamlessly from discovery to implementation.
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and key documentation, serving as the central point of alignment for the design team.
- Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers, helping the team maintain steady progress.
- Act as a liaison between design, product, and engineering, ensuring clear communication, expectations, and alignment across all partners.
- Coordinate design handoffs to engineering, confirming deliverables are complete, detailed, and meet project requirements.
