UX Manager: Data & Analytics

This one’s for the UX leader who knows that great data products only matter if people actually use them.
We’re looking for someone who can set the UX standard, not just deliver screens – someone who understands how design drives adoption, trust, and decision-making in complex, enterprise environments.

You’ll sit at the heart of a Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence, shaping how insight turns into impact.

What you’ll be doing
* Owning and driving UX strategy across data and analytics products
* Building and scaling design operations that actually work at enterprise level
* Ensuring data products are intuitive, usable, and widely adopted
* Leading and mentoring high-performing UX teams
* Influencing senior stakeholders and setting a clear UX vision
* Raising the bar for human-centred design across complex use cases

What we’re looking for
* A UX leader, with 8-10 years experience, not just a hands-on designer
* Experience designing for data-heavy, analytics-driven platforms
* Strong strategic thinking with the ability to zoom into detail when needed
* Confidence working with senior leaders, engineers, and data teams
* Someone who cares deeply about real-world usage and impact, not just aesthetics
