UX Writer (Commerce & Subscriptions)

We’re looking for a UX Writer to help shape seamless, intuitive, and human-centered product experiences across commerce and subscription journeys. In this role, you’ll craft interface copy that simplifies complex processes and builds trust – from checkout flows to bundling experiences and new service offerings. You’ll collaborate closely with design, product, engineering, and legal partners to create content that’s clear, consistent, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Write thoughtful, user-focused copy across checkout, payments, and subscription experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure messaging is consistent, accessible, and aligned with product strategy.
• Create, refine, and maintain content patterns and frameworks that scale across products.
• Balance creativity and clarity to support both business needs and user understanding.
• Ensure all copy aligns with brand voice while meeting legal, privacy, and accessibility standards.
• Contribute to UX writing guidelines and best practices to support a unified product experience.

About You

• Experienced in writing for end-to-end product experiences, especially within commerce or checkout ecosystems.
• Passionate about simplifying complex systems through clear, empathetic language.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with designers, product managers, engineers, marketers, and legal teams.
• Equally skilled in conceptual storytelling and systematic, detail-oriented writing.
• Able to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution across multiple projects.
• Familiar with design tools and able to work directly within wireframes and flows.
• Curious about the evolving landscape of payments, subscriptions, and digital transactions worldwide.
