Contract Role

We’re looking for a world-class Visual Designer to join the Design Systems & Structures team. This role calls for a designer, communicator, and problem solver who can deliver end-to-end design solutions across media types, screens, and technologies – collaborating closely with creative leads and cross-functional partners to build cohesive visual systems.

The ideal candidate is both creative and technically skilled, with a strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of how design systems support consistent, high-quality storytelling. You’ll work alongside Creative and Art Directors to design, refine, and maintain visual experiences across digital content, balancing conceptual design thinking with production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute artwork and layouts based on established design systems, iterating on conceptual directions from the creative team.
• Develop and maintain cohesive visual solutions that reflect brand identity across platforms and audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver content that’s visually engaging, on-brand, and strategically grounded.
• Manage multiple design deliverables, maintaining quality and consistency under tight timelines.
• Contribute ideas and design perspectives that push the visual language forward.

About You

• Extensive design or creative leadership experience, ideally within editorial, digital, or content-focused environments.
• Experienced in developing and executing editorial and digital design projects.
• Strategic and conceptual thinker with strong visual storytelling abilities.
• Fluent across graphic design and UX principles.
• Highly organized communicator who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced settings.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Sketch or prototyping tools is a plus.
• Strong sensibility for typography, photography, illustration, and brand systems.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Web Design, or equivalent experience.
