Visual Designer (Philippines)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Visual Designer to create engaging, curriculum-aligned learning materials for an international education-focused platform.

This role goes beyond traditional marketing design. We are seeking a creative designer who can combine strong visual craft with clarity, structure, and scalable design thinking. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on educational content, multi-page layouts, templates, and reusable design systems that support high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually engaging and easy-to-understand learning materials across a variety of formats, including:

• Educational templates and learning resources
• Multi-page instructional materials
• Presentation decks and infographic layouts
• Curriculum-aligned visual content
• AI-assisted creative workflows
• Template adaptation, localisation, and production
• Scalable design systems and reusable visual assets

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex educational content into structured, visually clear, and engaging designs.

What You’ll Do

• Design high-quality visual assets for educational and learning-based content
• Create clear, structured layouts that support learning outcomes
• Develop reusable templates and scalable design systems
• Adapt existing templates while maintaining brand and design consistency
• Work independently on assigned projects from brief to delivery
• Collaborate with global teams, including content, product, curriculum, and design stakeholders
• Use tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to deliver polished design outputs
• Apply strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy principles across all work
• Support AI-assisted creative workflows where required

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in visual design, graphic design, or a related creative role
• Strong skills in typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Experience creating editorial, instructional, or content-heavy layouts
• Familiarity with design systems, templates, or scalable design production
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to translate complex content into clear, structured visuals
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional or global teams
