We are looking for a talented Visual and Production Designer to join a talented and creative team working on the nuance and visual wonder in the world of digital books. This role is perfect for a designer with exceptional visual design skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for bringing books to life in the digital space. You’ll create compelling visual experiences that help millions of readers discover their next great read across devices, working alongside the industry’s best designers and creative minds.
Key Requirements:
* Strong command of Visual/UI/Digital and comms design principles with particular focus on typography and layout
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop for cover art adaptation and enhancement
* Proven ability to create and maintain cohesive visual systems across multiple formats
* Experience with retouching, compositing, and colour correction
* Clear communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders
* Ability to work independently to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues
