VP of Revenue – UK | LegalTech
Location: London preferred but not set office requirements
Package: Up to £140,000 + uncapped OTE
We are partnering with a well-established LegalTech business entering its next phase of commercial growth following significant M&A and transformation.
The business has a portfolio of 40+ products and is now looking for a VP of Revenue to take ownership of the UK revenue function, reshape its go-to-market strategy and build a scalable growth engine.
The Opportunity
You’ll inherit a UK commercial team of around 17 people, including BDM’s, CSMs and AMs, responsible for a £70m customer book. The organisation has historically been heavily focused on account management, with strong retention and expansion performance.
The next stage is about shifting the balance towards new-logo acquisition and sustainable revenue growth.
You’ll have significant autonomy to:
- Define and execute the UK GTM strategy.
- Build a stronger new-business/hunter culture.
- Develop the sales organisation and structure.
- Create a compelling commercial narrative across a broad product portfolio.
- Improve sales, marketing, RevOps and CS alignment.
- Drive growth across new business, expansion and retention.
- Make the organisational and talent decisions required to build a high-performing team.
What They’re Looking For
They’re looking for a proven SaaS/technology revenue leader who is comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on environments.
You’ll ideally be:
- Experienced in scaling B2B SaaS/revenue organisations.
- Strong in new-business and GTM strategy.
- Comfortable building structure in ambiguous or legacy environments.
- Gritty, resilient and commercially minded.
- Confident making difficult people and organisational decisions.
- Comfortable operating with significant autonomy and accountability.
LegalTech experience is advantageous but not essential, they’re more interested in the leadership and commercial capability you can bring.
Why This Role?
The foundations are now in place: the business has stabilised, invested in RevOps, Sales Enablement and Customer Success, and has a strong existing customer base.
The opportunity is to build the next chapter of UK growth, creating a more scalable revenue model, strengthening new business and shaping the commercial function around your vision.
