Salt is looking to hire a Web Specialist/Developer for one of the tech clients in Hong Kong for 7 months & renewable contract role. In this fast-paced position, you will be key to digital execution, translating marketing vision into technical reality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Full-Stack Web Production: Build, publish, and maintain responsive, high-performance landing pages and AYMT using client’s internal CMS and tools
- AI Integration: Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to automate repetitive coding tasks, streamline CMS workflows, and reduce “time-to-market” for global campaigns.
- Tracking & Tagging: Ensure the pages have robust telemetry. Work with engineers to implement tracking pixels and internal event logging to ensure clean data attribution.
- Data-Informed Optimization: Analyze user journey data to identify friction points, proactively suggesting layout or flow changes that increase engagement
- Operational Excellence: Navigate high-volume periods with a solution-oriented mindset. Manage the development lifecycle in an Agile environment, providing transparent updates to stakeholders under tight deadlines.
Qualification:
- Experience: 3+ years in web production, front-end development or digital marketing operations within a high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- CMS Expertise: Deep experience managing enterprise-level CMS platforms and understanding how content models work.
- Communication: Exceptional English, Professional fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferred due to the regional stakeholder footprint in APAC.
- Problem Solving: A “hacker” mindset-the ability to find creative technical workarounds when faced with platform limitations.
