We are currently seeking a highly capable Workday Reporting Specialist to join a leading organisation on an initial 6-month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, developing insightful reports, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes through Workday.

Whether your background is in Workday administration, reporting, finance systems, workforce analytics, or enterprise technology, we are keen to hear from professionals who know how to unlock value from Workday data.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and enhancing Workday reports and dashboards.
• Extracting and analysing data to support business decision-making.
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Developing custom reports and calculated fields.
• Ensuring data accuracy and reporting integrity.
• Supporting reporting improvements and optimisation initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated experience creating reports within Workday.
• Strong understanding of Workday reporting tools and functionality.
• The ability to interpret business requirements and deliver practical reporting solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in finance systems, technology, or analytics environments.
