What is it like to work in the Netherlands?

Thanks to the great work/life balance, the Netherlands is considered one of the best countries to live in. While they promote a hard-working ethos they are equally passionate about enjoying their free time.

The work culture in terms of hours is similar to the rest of Europe. Full-time employees typically work between 36 to 40 hours a week, typically from Monday through to Friday. For those of you who choose to work full-time you will be guaranteed a minimum of 20 days (four weeks) annual leave each year.
