Salt is partnering with a global telecommunications company looking to bring on an Account Manager to their team!
Hybrid position in Richmond, Virginia
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with new and existing customers by designing and driving a communication plan
- Present a wide range of solutions of products and services to targeted key stakeholders
- Understand customer challenges and provide them answers based on your clear understanding of existing offerings
- Manage the sales cycle from start to finish- from onboarding customers to after-sales customer management
- Provide quotes, close sales orders and hand over all sales information to the implementation teams
- You must be able to ‘own’ the whole sales cycle, work it from start to finish, and manage a pipeline of opportunities
- Develop new opportunities from new leads, either through your own network, referrals or marketing efforts
- Collaborate with cross functional teams about technical product presentations and presales briefings
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales experience in the IT/Telecom sector services (ideally network) to corporate (global)
- Familiar experience in IP Networking, up to date knowledge on IT and technology developments
- A bachelor’s degree
- Customer-centric and sales-driven mindset with a hands-on approach to solution-building for customers and business partners
- Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
