We’re hiring graduate recruitment consultants in our office in Waterloo, London.

Come to ous discovery day on Wednesday 25th November to talk to the team and explore a career in recruitment and talent solutions.

Graduate Discovery Day

• Choose a morning session (09:00 to 12:00) or an afternoon session (13:00 to 16:00)
• Hear from our CEO about where Salt is going
• Put your questions to a panel of recent joiners with no managers in the room.
• Have a go at the job yourself through a few short, practical tasks.

This isn’t a formal interview
It’s a relaxed, hands-on chance to find out what recruitment really involves, meet the people you’d work with, and see if Salt is for you. If you enjoy the day and want to take it further, we’ll invite you to an interview afterwards.

Who we’re looking for
Recent graduates, or anyone with similar early-career experience. No specific degree needed and no experience needed. We hire on drive, not subject. You’ll be curious about markets, businesses and people. You’ll stay calm under pressure, be comfortable hearing no, and be ready to be coached.

What is talent solutions and recruiting?
It’s matching great people with the right jobs. You get to know a market inside out, find the people who are brilliant at what they do, and help businesses hire them. It’s part research, part sales, part relationships. No two days are the same, and how far you go depends on what you put in.
