Senior Resourcer – PHL, Dubai UAE

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sourcing Consultant based anywhere in the Philippines to support recruitment across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You’ll specialise in either technical or marketing roles, matching your expertise to a portfolio of vacancies generated by Salt’s Middle East team.

Your role:

• This is a sourcing and delivery opportunity, not a business development position. Your focus will be finding, engaging and qualifying outstanding candidates, while our consultants develop client relationships and bring opportunities to the team.
• You’ll translate briefs into targeted search strategies, using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching, databases, referrals and specialist communities to uncover talent beyond active applicants.
• Through outreach and screening conversations, you’ll assess skills, motivation, salary expectations, availability and relocation interest.
• You’ll present shortlists, maintain candidate records and support interview coordination and candidate engagement throughout the process.
• Depending on your specialism, your portfolio could span software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data and product, or digital marketing, performance marketing, communications, creative and agency roles.
• Success means relevant shortlists, engaged candidates, strong interview conversion and placements, rather than simply sending more CVs.

What you’ll bring:

• You’ll have substantial (five or more years) experience in specialist recruitment or sourcing, with evidence of successfully delivering mid and senior level white collar appointments.
• Strong research skills, confident English communication and the ability to assess candidates beyond keywords are essential.
• You’ll be organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing competing priorities independently.
• Experience recruiting internationally, particularly in the USA, or other English-speaking markets, would be valuable.
• Experience serving clients in the Digital, AI, Technology or associated fields is a strong positive.
• You’ll also need reliable internet and a suitable home workspace.

Gulf hours, not US graveyard shifts:

The Philippines is just four hours ahead of the UAE and five ahead of Saudi Arabia. Supporting Gulf business hours therefore offers afternoon and evening overlap, rather than working through the night to cover US schedules. Exact working hours will be confirmed during recruitment.
