Account Director, Growth Agency, London (hybrid), £48-50K
You’ll lead a portfolio of high-growth clients – owning relationships, strategy and commercial performance. This isn’t account handling. It’s accountability.
You’re the person whom clients trust. The one who keeps work sharp, teams aligned and results moving.
What You’ll Do
- Own senior client relationships (Marketing Director / CMO level)
- Lead strategy across paid, organic, creative and lifecycle
- Stay close to performance – know what’s working and what’s not
- Write clear, actionable briefs and drive delivery internally
- Spot risks early and protect retention
- Grow accounts commercially – upsell where it adds value
- Support pitches and new business
What They’re Looking For
- 3-5 years in agency (likely SAM ready to step up)
- Strong client operator – trusted, credible, proactive
- Can balance strategy, delivery and commercial thinking
- Confident communicator – can challenge and influence
- Organised, accountable, and solutions-first
