Account Manager – UK (Remote)
We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing global SaaS company that provides commerce and operations automation solutions to retailers and brands worldwide. They are looking for a Account Manager to join their EMEA Sales Team, managing strategic clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for key accounts, building long-term partnerships.
- Identify and drive retention, up-sell, and portfolio expansion opportunities.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and complex discussions.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans and growth road maps.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Monitor market trends and client feedback to shape account strategy.
Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years in Account Management or Sales within SaaS or technology.
- Proven track record managing strategic accounts and delivering measurable growth.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be UK-based and eligible to work without sponsorship.
