Agile Tech Lead / Customer 360 Architect

£550 per day | Outside IR35
6-Month Contract
Remote (occasional travel to London & Edinburgh)
Start Date: 1st July 2026

We are seeking an experienced Agile Tech Lead / Customer 360 Architect to support a major Customer 360 transformation programme.

This role will suit someone who has successfully translated a Customer 360 vision into tangible architecture, customer journeys, technical roadmaps, and delivery plans. While Salesforce forms part of the wider ecosystem, the primary focus is on customer journey architecture, analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and defining scalable end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate Customer 360 strategy and vision into executable architecture and technical deliverables.
  • Define target-state architecture across customer data, integrations, journeys, triggers, and engagement channels.
  • Map and design end-to-end customer journeys from data ingestion through to customer engagement.
  • Develop architecture artefacts, technical backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
  • Lead the design and validation of the first Customer 360 use case, ensuring scalability for future initiatives.
  • Work closely with Digital, Data, API, and Salesforce teams to align delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Identify capability gaps, technical dependencies, integration requirements, and delivery risks.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout planning, prioritisation, and delivery activities.
  • Produce a roadmap linking future Customer 360 use cases to required platform capabilities.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience delivering Customer 360, Single Customer View, Customer Data Platform, or customer transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business vision into architecture, journeys, and technical deliverables.
  • Experience designing end-to-end customer journeys across data, digital, CRM, and engagement platforms.
  • Strong background in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or technical leadership roles.
  • Experience defining target-state architectures, roadmaps, technical backlogs, and architecture decision records.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across business and technology functions.
  • Experience working across Data, API, Digital, and CRM teams within complex enterprise environments.

Desirable Experience

  • Salesforce ecosystem experience, particularly Journey Builder and customer engagement capabilities.
  • Experience within large-scale digital transformation programmes.
  • Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and customer engagement technologies.
