AI & Automation Lead (On-Site | Reports to CEO)

My client is a fast-growing talent agency embedding AI at the core of its operations to drive efficiency, improve output quality, and scale rapidly.

They are hiring an AI & Automation Lead to take full ownership of integrating AI across the business.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll design workflows, automate operations, and build scalable systems that directly impact performance and revenue.

What You’ll Do:

• Implement and optimise AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) across core workflows
• Build automated systems for campaigns, proposals, outreach, and reporting
• Identify inefficiencies and replace manual processes with scalable solutions
• Develop AI-powered SOPs and internal tools
• Improve creator selection and reporting using data-driven frameworks
• Train teams and drive adoption of AI systems
• Support business development with faster, higher-quality proposals

What They’re Looking For:

• Proven experience applying AI in real business operations
• Strong hands-on skills with AI tools, prompting, and automation (API / no-code / low-code)
• Track record of building systems and workflows with measurable impact
• Background in startups, agencies, or operations-heavy roles
• Highly self-directed with strong execution ability

First 60 Days:

• Audit workflows and identify inefficiencies
• Launch 2-3 high-impact AI workflows
• Establish initial SOPs for AI usage
• Introduce structured systems for campaign execution
