We’re partnering with an innovative AI-focused technology business seeking a Principal AI Architect to lead technical direction across multiple engineering teams and client engagements.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines software architecture, AI delivery, cloud engineering, and technical mentorship. You’ll define engineering standards, guide architectural decisions, mentor technical leaders, and help shape the future of AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in software engineering.
• Experience as a Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, Architect, or Technical Lead.
• Proven delivery of AI/LLM-powered solutions into production.
• Strong cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Expertise in solution architecture, platform engineering, and scalable system design.
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction across teams.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, including CTOs and technology leaders.

Nice to Have

• Consulting or client-facing experience.
• Platform engineering or internal developer platform experience.
• Python, TypeScript, React, and modern AI tooling.
