Associate Director – Marketing

An incredible career opportunity has arisen with our client – one of the top 15 largest organisations in NZ with a large footprint right here in Auckland!

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Leader for a key role to lead, with 3 direct reports to this role: Web Manager, Digital & Content Manager, Digital Marketing Manager (each with their own high performing teams)

THE ROLE

• Performance marketing
• Paid advertising
• Managing a large media budget ($4-5M annually)
• Achieving targets related to lead generation top/ middle and bottom of the sales funnel
• Understanding how content/ SEO performs well in a world of LLM/ AI

YOU

This is a true leadership role – the team are a strong, technical and well established, all with backgrounds in large companies and are high performing – so your credibility and experience to lead, manage, build/ renew strategy is key.
