Part time – Board Administrator – 3 days per week, May – August 2026

Seeking an experienced Board Secretariat or EA who is available to commit to 3 days per week for a 3 month temporary assignment to cover leave.
Whilst can accommodate specific days, you will need to be flexible to fit around Board meetings.
About the role:
Interesting work, great collaborative small team.
As well as supporting the Board, you will be supporting the Chief Executive.
You need to have:
- Strong Board/EA experience
- Proven minute taker
- Excellent stakeholder engagement
- Advanced technical skills across MS Office Suite
- Familiar with various Board software
- Friendly with good SOH
