About the Role

This opportunity allows you to work at the centre of a large-scale organisational change programme where operational readiness is a top priority. Rather than maintaining existing processes, you’ll help define them. You’ll bring structure to evolving requirements, connect business and technology teams, and create the operational foundations that enable a successful transition.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Unpack complex business challenges into clear, documented processes and decisions
• Facilitate conversations that align leaders, SMEs and delivery teams around a shared approach
• Map future ways of working across operational, people and corporate functions
• Identify dependencies, gaps and risks before they become programme issues
• Create practical process documentation that teams can confidently execute from Day 1
• Turn ambiguity into actionable outcomes that support programme momentum

About You

You enjoy stepping into situations where the path isn’t fully defined yet. You’re naturally curious, ask thoughtful questions and know how to extract clarity from competing priorities. Comfortable working across business and technology teams, you’re known for building trust quickly, facilitating productive discussions and delivering work that helps organisations move forward with confidence.

Non-Negotiables

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale transformation programmes
• Advanced process mapping capability, including end-to-end operational process design
• Exposure to HR, ERP, Finance or Service Management process environments
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and requirements elicitation skills
• Ability to quickly establish structure and clarity in ambiguous environments
