We’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to drive growth in advertising and out-of-home media. Think billboards, print, digital, if it gets brands noticed, it’s your playground. You’ll be the dealmaker, the relationship-builder, and the go-to person for clients who want to stand out.
What you’ll be doing
- Hunt & win: Find fresh opportunities, build a pipeline, and close with confidence
- Own your clients: Agencies, B2B clients, anyone who wants to be seen, you’ll make it happen
- Drive revenue: Proposals, pitches, negotiations, your toolkit for success
- Stay ahead: Spot trends in OOH and digital advertising and know how to use them
- Team up: Work with internal teams to make campaigns run smoothly
What will make you shine
- Experience in OOH media, digital advertising, or print/publishing
- A proven hunter profile who loves closing deals
- Experience working with agencies and B2B clients
- Excellent communicator, presenter, and negotiator
- KPI-driven, ambitious, and resilient
- Energetic, fun, and thrives under pressure
- Matric essential; tertiary in Marketing/Media advantageous
- Driver’s licence and happy to travel
