𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
As CCO/CRO, you will:
→ Build and execute the GTM strategy for the next 3-5 years
→ Protect and grow their established public sector relationships
→ Lead expansion into high-value verticals – Financial Services, Utilities, Airports, Legal and beyond
→ Scale the commercial team across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
→ Drive the business from ~£2M to £10M profit – with a clear path to exit
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
✔ A proven track record of scaling a cyber consultancy or MSSP through a significant growth phase
✔ Hands-on commercial leader – someone who sells, who leads from the front, and who builds
✔ Experience across the full commercial mix: sales, marketing and account management
✔ Deep understanding of critical infrastructure or highly regulated markets
✔ Comfortable operating in a complex, high-trust environment
