Client Growth Manager
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead post-onboarding activation and ensure all financial systems and channels are fully operational.
- Define and implement client-specific growth strategies based on performance, industry trends, and financial goals.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase client value and retention.
- Reactivate dormant or underperforming accounts through targeted financial interventions.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide data-driven insights and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues and enhance client experience.
- Maintain accurate records and growth forecasts using CRM and reporting tools.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Sales, Client Success, or Financial Services.
- Fintech experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of financial products, payment systems, and business operations.
- Familiarity with the retail and hospitality sectors is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage remote engagements.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and performance tracking tools.
