This opportunity sits within a high-performing Mid-Market team responsible for both growing existing advertisers and bringing new brands onto the platform. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients spanning gaming, apps, education, health tech, energy, sports and more, helping businesses unlock growth through innovative digital advertising solutions. Ideal for someone from an agency, publisher, platform or digital advertising background, this role offers the chance to blend account growth, strategic consulting and new business development in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing advertisers, identifying opportunities to increase investment and drive stronger business outcomes
  • Identify, prospect and convert new business opportunities across a range of industry verticals
  • Build trusted client relationships through strategic consultation, performance insights and proactive account management
  • Develop compelling pitches, recommendations and growth plans using platform insights, market trends and campaign data
  • Educate clients on advertising solutions, measurement capabilities and industry best practices
  • Partner with internal product, analytics and customer success teams to deliver outstanding advertiser outcomes
  • Drive revenue growth through a combination of account expansion, advertiser activation and new business acquisition

Experience Required

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in digital advertising, media sales, adtech, platform sales or media agency environments
  • Strong understanding of paid social, paid search, performance marketing or auction-based media
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships while identifying and converting growth opportunities
  • Confident in presenting recommendations and commercial solutions to clients and stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen, communication skills and a proactive, self-starting mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where both account management and new business development are required
  • Experience with emerging AI tools and advertising technology will be highly regarded
