The Company

Salt has teamed up with a specialist AWS Consultancy based in Melbourne, who is currently seeking a Level 1 Cloud Support Engineer to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

The Role

As a Cloud Support Engineer you will be joining our award-winning AWS client’s Managed Services teams, where you will be responsible for providing critical Level 1 support for various clients, including the deployment, management, and troubleshooting of their cloud services.

Key Skills and Competencies

The successful Cloud Support Engineer should have the following skill set:

• Commercial experience working in a cloud (AWS) environment
• Hands-on experience in management and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of core AWS services, including EC2, VCP, S3 Buckets etc
• Understanding of cloud monitoring tools
• Experience working with service desk and ticketing systems
• Full working rights in Australia
