Now, we are looking for an ambitious, commercially sharp Commercial Analyst to work closely with an experienced Strategy & Operations Leader and senior leadership team to help shape the next phase of growth.
What you will be responsible for:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Develop sophisticated financial and commercial models to support growth initiatives
- Partner with Marketing and Partnerships to optimise member value and revenue streams
- Deliver performance analysis, variance insights, and strategic recommendations
- Conduct market benchmarking and scenario modelling to guide executive choices
- Provide clear, structured insights to senior stakeholders in Australia and the UK
We’re seeking someone on an upward trajectory analytically strong, commercially minded, and comfortable operating around senior leaders.
You will bring:
- Either a consultant background in a top tier or mid-tier strategy firm or experience as an FP&A analyst or Commercial Analyst in Sales and Operations
- Strong financial modelling and forecasting capability
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
- Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Lightdash, Datarails, etc.) and ideally SQL
- The ability to turn complex analysis into clear commercial recommendations
- Executive-level communication skills and stakeholder maturity
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Experience in consumer, digital, marketplace, or subscription-based models will be highly regarded.
