Contract Project Manager

• FTC or Hourly contract position within Healthcare
• Contract till end of the year to start with chances of extension
• Large organisation with a clear long term technology roadmap
• Open environment and a small and well-knit team.
• Flexible, min 3 days a week in office
• Open to work across any of the 3 locations : Ellerslie/ Takapuna / Manukau
• Quick joining preferred
• 140k to 160k p.a. NZD for FTC & 100 to 120$/ hour (depending upon experience; Salary negotiable for the best fit with Planview PPM experience & Healthcare)

The role:

• Main piece of work is on their Planview Project Portfolio Management System along with working on the Workflow and Ticketing system.
• Project regarding migration from an old system to a new one.
• In the long run, will handle delivery of Planview PPM changes and expansion

First 3 months

• 50% requirements on Planview PPM
• 50% on Workflow Ticketing for our Clinical Product Team

The ideal candidate:

• Experienced Project Manager with approx. 10+ yrs of experience. (Non-Negotiable) . They are going to need someone with solid system/applications projects background including the supporting operational processes that wrap around the use of the system and NOT infrastructure or Networking projects.

• Experience with PLANVIEW Project Portfolio Management System (Highly preferred). Planview is a full Project Portfolio Management system – they have quite a different focus with a need to accommodate and understand both waterfall and agile governance frameworks, portfolio management etc.

• Strong Stakeholder management exposure in Healthcare / Clinical people/ Government / Clinical Procurement domain (PREFERRED)
