Report issue
- Deliver online and in-person product and treatment training.
- Facilitate practical and theoretical educational sessions.
- Develop and maintain training materials and educational resources.
- Manage the online training platform and training records.
- Provide clinical guidance on skincare concerns, treatment plans, and product recommendations.
- Support the rollout of new products and treatment protocols.
- Build strong relationships with clinics and skincare professionals through ongoing support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer success and business growth.
- Represent the company at workshops, conferences, launches, and industry events.
- Prepare training reports and issue training certificates.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Somatology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field (essential).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Somatologist or Beauty Specialist.
- Experience in skincare education, facilitation, or training is advantageous.
- Experience within the cosmeceutical, aesthetic, or professional skincare industry is preferred.
Skills and attributes:
- Strong knowledge of skincare science, ingredients, and treatment protocols.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident in practical demonstrations and clinical education.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Professional, energetic, and passionate about education and skincare.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms.
Travel within Gauteng and occasionally nationally may be required.
