OrgHealth partners with senior leadership teams to help organisations become healthier, more cohesive and more effective. Working with clients across the public and private sectors, we deliver transformational programmes based on the organisational health methodology developed by Patrick Lencioni and The Table Group.
Over the past decade, we’ve grown significantly and now work with organisations across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Our clients range from major public sector organisations and NHS bodies to large commercial enterprises.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and people-focused Business Manager to become a trusted operational partner to our Principal Consultants and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience.
The opportunity
You’ll become the operational engine behind approximately three Principal Consultants, supporting around 30 client relationships at any one time and ensuring every engagement runs seamlessly from initial enquiry through to delivery, follow-up and repeat business.
You’ll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, coordinate complex client programmes and become the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
Most importantly, you’ll help us continually improve how we work, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce administration and make greater use of technology, automation and AI so that our team can spend more time with clients and less time on manual tasks.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll support clients and consultants throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, including:
- Supporting client relationships from initial enquiry through to ongoing engagement
- Joining and supporting client meetings and introductory calls
- Preparing proposals, documentation and engagement plans
- Coordinating client workshops, offsites and leadership events
- Managing travel, accommodation and logistics
- Ensuring consultants are fully prepared for every engagement
- Producing engagement playbooks and coordinating materials
- Tracking actions, deadlines and follow-up activities
- Managing client communications and ongoing relationship administration
- Supporting renewals and repeat business opportunities
- Working closely with consultants to deliver an outstanding client experience
- Identifying smarter ways of working and helping improve operational processes across the business
What makes this role exciting?
No two weeks are the same.
One day you might be coordinating an executive offsite, the next supporting client proposals, solving a travel issue, managing competing priorities or helping improve a business process.
You’ll work closely with experienced consultants who advise senior leadership teams, giving you exposure to executive-level environments and genuine responsibility from day one.
For someone who enjoys ownership, variety and making things happen, this role offers a unique blend of client service, operations, project coordination and relationship management.
What we’re looking for
We’re open to a wide range of backgrounds.
You could currently be working in:
- Customer Success
- Client Services
- Account Management
- Client Operations
- Professional Services
- Service Delivery
- Project or Programme Coordination
- Consultancy Support
- Hospitality or other high-service environments
More important than your background is how you work.
You’ll likely be:
- Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Calm under pressure when plans change
- Proactive and self-motivated
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and executives
- Naturally relationship-focused and people-oriented
- Commercially aware and client-centric
- Process-minded, always looking for better ways of working
- Curious about technology, automation and AI
- Dependable, accountable and trusted to get things done
- Comfortable challenging constructively and contributing ideas
Why join us?
- Be part of a growing and highly respected consulting business
- Work directly with senior leaders and executive teams
- Join a close-knit, supportive and collaborative culture
- Gain exposure to international clients and projects
- Have genuine influence on how the business evolves
- Help shape the use of technology and AI in improving operations
- Enjoy a role with variety, ownership and long-term development opportunities
