About the Company
You’ll be joining a growing product‑focused business that lives and breathes data accuracy. They supply thousands of products through multiple digital sales channels – and every price, image, attribute, description, and SKU depends on clean, reliable, well‑managed information.
Behind the scenes is a small, collaborative team who like doing things properly, staying organised, and keeping customers (and suppliers) happy with accurate, up‑to‑date product details.
If you enjoy structure, spreadsheets, product data, and making sure everything is exactly where it should be… this is your playground.
About the Job
As the Data Manager, you’re the guardian of the company’s product data, pricing accuracy, and digital catalogue.
One part detective.
One part organiser.
One part spreadsheet whisperer.
You’ll update pricing, manage product info in the PIM, tidy up the website catalogue, support the sales team with ERP processes, maintain dashboards, and make sure the business always has clean, trustworthy data to work with.
You’ll work across pricing, suppliers, sales processing, reporting – and you’ll be the steady, detail‑focused human keeping everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
Here’s what a typical week might look like:
Pricing & Supplier Updates
- Extract and process price lists from suppliers.
- Update cost and selling prices – accurately and consistently.
- Track markups, maintain pricing history, and keep tidy records.

Product Catalogue Management
- Ensure live product info is always accurate and up to date.
- Upload images, data sheets, and documentation.
- Reconcile product data between the PIM, website, and sales channels.

- Maintain the full product catalogue through the backend console.
New Product Setup
- Extract and structure information for new product ranges.
- Create new items, titles, and structured content.
- Source, edit, and upload images and product materials.
- Use AI tools to enrich data, create SEO-ready content, and improve product listings.
Sales Processing & Admin
- Support the sales team with order processing and invoicing through the ERP.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers.
- Create purchase orders, receipt invoices, and help keep processes organised.
Reporting & Dashboards
- Maintain and update weekly dashboards.
- Report on pricing, product ranges, marketing progress, and any issues.
- Extract sales data and generate insights to support better decision‑making.
- Highlight top sellers, gaps, opportunities, and trends.
Who You Are
You’ll thrive if:
- You love accuracy – and it shows in your spreadsheets.
- You’re confident with Excel, comfortable with SQL or databases, and familiar with ERPs.
- You’ve worked with PIM/DAM systems before (or you’re excited to learn).
- You can organise files, folders, and product info like a pro.
- You enjoy talking to suppliers and working with cross‑functional teams.
- You like fixing messy data and turning chaos into order.
- You communicate clearly – internally and externally.
- You enjoy working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
- You love product detail and making sure things look polished.
Experience sweet spot: around 2+ years in data management, product data, pricing, or a similar role.
