Overview:

We’re looking for a forward-thinking, commercial, and tech-savvy Director of Paid Media & Influencers to lead full-funnel acquisition and digital growth. This is an exciting opportunity to own the paid media roadmap, drive scalable performance strategies, and leverage advanced tracking and ad tech to maximize marketing performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the comprehensive paid media strategy across the full customer funnel: awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
  • Oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of campaigns across all search, social, programmatic, and display channels.
  • Develop and scale innovative influencer and creator marketing strategies that support both brand reach and performance goals.
  • Design and manage robust marketing technology, tagging frameworks, and attribution models to ensure crystal-clear performance tracking.
  • Partner closely with analytics and insights teams to translate complex performance data into actionable growth recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and foster a high-performing team across paid media, ad operations, and analytics, driving a culture of continuous experimentation.
  • Collaborate with CRM and lifecycle marketing teams to seamlessly integrate paid channels with customer engagement and retargeting initiatives.
  • Manage significant paid media budgets, providing accurate multi-region forecasts and ensuring optimal return on investment.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and performance management with external media agencies, influencer networks, and vendor partners.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience driving customer acquisition and scaling growth in highly competitive, complex digital environments (iGaming or fintech experience highly advantageous).
  • Deep expertise across search, social, programmatic, display, retargeting, and offline/ATL marketing integration.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing scalable influencer and creator marketing strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency with marketing technology, ad-serving platforms, tracking tools, and modern attribution frameworks.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with extensive experience managing substantial media budgets and agency partnerships.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on developing technical marketing talent.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently influence at an executive level.
