Director of Product, Apps – Fintech

We’re partnering with an innovative fintech company that is building the future of digital finance and looking for a Director of Product, Apps to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of their mobile product ecosystem.

This is a senior product leadership role responsible for driving the roadmap across iOS and Android, improving user engagement, and building world-class mobile experiences. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and executive leadership to deliver products that drive growth, retention, and customer value.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Own the mobile product vision, strategy, and roadmap across iOS and Android
• Lead product teams focused on delivering exceptional user experiences
• Drive growth initiatives through analytics, experimentation, and funnel optimization
• Own key product metrics including engagement, retention, activation, and lifetime value
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and business leaders
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, emerging technology, and new product capabilities

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with significant mobile app leadership
• Experience scaling consumer or B2B2C mobile products
• Strong background in growth, analytics, experimentation, and user experience
• Proven ability to lead high-performing product teams
• Experience within fintech, payments, digital platforms, or other high-growth technology environments is highly valued
