We’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented eCommerce Administrator to join a busy digital team during a key trading period.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in eCommerce, digital operations, online retail or website administration who enjoys working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the day-to-day administration of multiple international eCommerce websites
• Assisting with product, content and promotional updates
• Coordinating website changes across different regions and stakeholders
• Supporting campaign launches, seasonal activity and trading initiatives
• Carrying out quality assurance checks to ensure website accuracy
• Managing and maintaining digital assets and website information
• Helping deliver a seamless online customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• 1 years’ experience in eCommerce, digital, website administration or online retail
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience using CMS or eCommerce platforms
• A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Google Analytics and reporting tools
• Strong skills across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working with international websites or localised content
• Previous exposure to Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
