The role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will:
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
- Identify and target net-new enterprise customers in your territory, developing strategic account plans to build a robust pipeline
- Engage senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, marketing leaders, and product owners, to understand business challenges and position solutions that deliver measurable outcomes
- Deliver compelling presentations and tailored demonstrations of the platform’s capabilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to create winning proposals and drive account success
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasts, and CRM records
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer engagement best practices
Candidate profile
We are looking for a hunter with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with enterprise experience:
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in an Enterprise Account Executive or equivalent role
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed quotas by closing net-new business
- Experience selling complex, high-value SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers, ideally in marketing technology, customer engagement, or analytics
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives
- Familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, MEDDIC, SPIN Selling) and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Self-motivated, resilient, and strategic in territory and account planning
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
