Sydney CBD | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

This global, market-leading organisation continues to redefine how it connects with their audiences through creativity, culture and innovation.

In this role, you’ll partner with some of the world’s most recognised entertainment, technology, streaming and app-based brands, helping them maximise growth through innovative digital advertising solutions. We’re open to commercially savvy & strategically minded candidates from agency, publisher/platform or client-side backgrounds, provided you’ve worked within digital advertising across channels such as Paid Social, Paid Search, Video or Programmatic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow relationships across a portfolio of major enterprise advertisers, driving revenue growth, client retention and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Develop strategic growth plans that help clients achieve their commercial and marketing objectives, by providing strategic consultation on digital media, advertising solutions, measurement and performance marketing
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts & educate on emerging advertising opportunities, best practices & market trends
  • Lead client presentations, business reviews and strategic planning sessions
  • Prepare compelling, tailored recommendations supported by platform insights, performance data and industry trends by working closely with Client Solutions, Product, Engineering and Analytics teams
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience through a consultative, solutions-focused approach by proactively managing risks, opportunities and account planning within a fast-moving environment

Experience Required

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital advertising, media sales, adtech, platform sales or agency environments
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, social advertising, attribution and measurement
  • Experience using platforms such as TikTok, Meta, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat or similar advertising ecosystems
  • Proven ability to grow client relationships and deliver against commercial targets
  • Confident in presenting strategic recommendations to marketing and agency stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen, communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and work autonomously
  • Experience across entertainment, technology, streaming, SaaS or app-based businesses will be highly regarded
